Warm weather and end-of-summer vibes mean you can enjoy a host of events all across the country, from rodeos to music festivals. You likely won't be the only one planning a last getaway before school starts, so finalize your plans early if you'll be traveling and expect extra-large crowds in the most popular destinations. The exception to that is big cities, which may be emptier than usual as residents also head out on vacation.
